Yeah that was intresting.... wasnt sure how i was gonna do it till it happened. asked him how he would feel if i changed my name. asked to what (Brandon James xxxxx)  and y. when I told him that i planned on starting hormones to be a guy I think it startled him a bit, see we were textin. I think ill hear about it from my mom when she finds out I told him before her. Me and my bro have always been able to talk and I was actually shocked to find that he was fine with the change but became upset when I asked him how he would feel callin me Brandon. See he has always called me Julz couse my name was Julie...... Just thought it was intrestin that I had to ask him to just consider callin me Brandon but he was fine with me becomin his big bro.  Just didnt want to push him into it all at once.

oh well thats one more down six more to go.

That's great  Asking about his feelings towards a name change is an interesting approach.  I've been trying to figure out how to bring it up with my brother, and I might go with that.  Thanks for the idea.

startin to look like im not the only one gettin courage to talk to my mom about everything. My bro just told me that he popped the question and she said yes...he hasnt told mom yet. Says he doesnt want to rush it. this is kinda weird, my little brother just turned 18 and it feels like 5 min ago he wast 12 and talking to me about harry potter and how I had to read it.
