Well I'm still not back on Spiro or any T - blockers as yet.

My Doctor said that he would have to check with the Psychiatrist to see if it would interfere with any of his treatment of me

but, did say that it would be Androcur and not Spiro that would be used. He said that he doesn't prescribe Spiro at all.
He also said that he would have to prescribe it as 'To reduce sex drive' for the PBS .
So I guess I have to put up with another couple of weeks of Morning wood, Moodiness and the urge to masturbate more frequently.
Re : dotdotdot - As for Hyper sexuality, I am guessing that Androcur would be better to treat this as it is purely an Anti - Androgen rather then Spiro which is a diuretic with anti - androgen qualities but higher doses are required for a similar effect. I am no Doctor so it is better to see an actual one for safe and professional knowledge .
The quote about the horniness was when I was actually taking the Spiro, not when I was decreasing / reducing doses, just to clarify that. I don't get that anymore now that I have stopped taking Spiro.
Also I found that the head of my penis was very sensitive whilst taking Spiro and any attempt at intercourse I found it tickled a lot at the start of penetration and that it was very easy to orgasm, that is of course if it was able to stay erect lol
