One of the best salads I've had in a long time 

  Wendy's Asagio chicken sandwich, large order.  I didn't eat all day because I had to wait late for my new range and refrigerator to be delivered ( the old ones were 28 years old and the fridge was kaput).  I'll restock tomorrow with some real food to cook on my shiny new stove!

An apple, muenster cheese, and a glass of milk

A variety of lightly steamed veg, and pan fried Tasmanian farmed Salmon with Lemon and Cracked Pepper. (Farmed just down the road from where I hope to be living when I go back to Uni in a couple of months). No dessert cos I am being good!

Another rather delitefull salad 

  Half of a rotisserie chicken, baked potato with the drippings gravy and steamed, buttered broccoli. 

Roasting a few spiced chicken drumsticks  and pumpkin. Also steamed broccoli and bok choy. Recovering after a nasty experience with a prawn Thursday night.
