3 years ago i placed a gun to my head and tried my damndest to pull the trigger i jerked away at the last second and shot out the window of my cruiser. the over whelming police responce to my rescue was heart warming. 2 years ago i started hrt and on april 2010 i was fired along with anouther transgirl who had been up to that point my lifeline with trans community. why am i thinking of this now?
because i was recently diagnosed with diabetes. my mother passed away from this illness 3 years ago as well.  the last time i saw her wwe were in an arguement just before i moved back to colorado. i hadnt spoken to her until a week before she died. the last thing she said to me before hanging up was what ever happened to my jessie. (i wanted to scream at her she died in the back seat of an old buick after having being raped shot and left for dead in a field) as i rode home from the hospital the only thing my father said to me was did u learn your lesson.  jessie died that day in that old back seat and was reborn 2 years ago what i should have said to her is why couldnt you save me momma....

You are very welcome here. You are loved and respected. We all walk the corridors of hell, and if any one's walk is better or worse than another persons then that is their deal and not something for any one else to comment on.

I have never seen or heard perfection in anything. We all have faults. We learn from them when we can, if we are human enough. No one knows the pain of learning from a fault than a truly lovely soul. You have made mistakes, so what? Who hasn't?

The main thing is you survived, and are living life the way you need to now.   
My Mum's side of the family have a history of diabetes,so although it is another challenge,  it can be beaten with determination to stick with what is required.  You have shown you have that in spades.
