I am pre t and so I let all my body hair grow out and I keep finding fuzz in my bathroom. Is this normal or am I shedding? Also I noticed this recently like within the last week. My body hair has been grown out since january. The weird thing is its only the hair on my body not my head that seems to come out.

When I had longer hair I'd lost a lot of hair in the shower. It might be because of the warmer weather. I would always loose mine around this time of year.

The warmer weather could do that, as our body's reason for growing body hair is to keep us warm. But as you're pre-t, it could be linked to your cycle. (Possibly triggering: reproductive stuff)
estrogen levels are highest during ovulation, with testosterone levels peaking at the end of the period. Since body hair is a male trait, encouraged by male hormones, the fluctuation in them could cause the hair follicles to be less supportive of hair growth and sustainability during different hormonal peaks. (Not a medical diagnosis, just an educated guess)
other than that, it may have always been happening, you just might be noticing it more because the hair is longer.

As Jessman says above,  There may be some anti-androgenic fluctuations from your ovaries.  I have never seen body hair shed in my shower, gym showers and the few navy showers that I cleaned as an E-2.  Just head hair (and a wee bit of pubic) at this time of year.
