Hey guys,
Wow it feels like a long time since I've been active on this site!
Anyway I'm not sure if I posted something like this already but I was thinking about my binder choice which was underworks - when I can afford to get one. I looked around their site and i'm confused, what's the best binder to get if you have a d cup size?

haha I'll refer this question to my roommate. He had DDs and Underworks binders. He said the short ones were best, the ones that cut off above the navel because they don't roll up. Personally, I like the longer muscle-shirt style ones, but that's just because they slim my whole torso. But I'm also really small-chested so I don't know if I can offer as much advice.

I just remember my roommate saying he used a binder under a shirt and button-down shirt, or sweaters.

Anyway, I'll have him take a look at this thread. :)

Ah thank you for the tips. :D
Fortunately I don't have DDs, but I my go for the longer ones when can buy one haha.  :P
I might need to buy more male clothes as well, though it's a pain since they just hang off me and I'm not really sure on the sizes of male clothes.

I don't know what your personal style is... but I find it's very easy to find "slim fit" dress shirts, t-shirts, everything. I'm a small build guy, so I tend to have to stick with "slim fit" or "slim straight" clothing in all the various items of clothing. They fit much better without making you look like you're swimming in a sea of cloth.

Ah I'll be sure to look out for that next time I go shopping.
My personal style is formal so like shirts and trousers but I occasionally like to wear more t-shirts and jeans.

Well I have E's and the double front compression shirt is my go to. I've tried the tri top and the muscle shirt from them too, so here's a rundown: The muscle shirt ended up being just like a tight T-shirt, and actually seemed to enhance the look of my chest, making it seem rounder and fuller. Lol, that one got the bin straight away! As to the short binder, I found my chest held it out from my body so the bottom didn't connect with my skin, which ultimately meant that that there was nothing compressing my chest into my body. It hardly binds my chest at all.

The double front compression shirt though gets my chest down to a passable flatness, and I'm comfortable wearing a t-shirt over my binder when I go out, so for me it's about as perfect as I can get. I also love that because it's longer you can use it to flatten down your hips (don't even bother with the compression shorts btw) and I find that actually makes a huge difference. I know a lot of people complain about it rolling up, but I find if you fold the bottom over a couple of centimetres and pull your underwear and pants up over it (so the waist bands hold it down) then it doesn't seem to roll at all.

Hope that's some help. :)

My chest is 36D, and I have the Underworks 983. Works like a dream. It doesn't give me a chest that you could play cricket on, but it looks more like a natural guy chest, if you get me. Love the thing. Unfortunately, my moobs swell and get extremely tender that time of the month, and I can't even get it on, it hurts too much. If you're like me, maybe think of getting another one with velcro.
I got a medium, fits great. A small wouldn't fit me, for sure, so don't try going smaller for a tighter bind. Not that you'll need to. I try to really limit the length of time I wear it, but I wore it out the other weekend up to Leeds, which in total ended up being a 15-hour day. Wore it the whole time, walking around, on the train, running to make connections... I was hot, but not terribly so. Nor does it affect my breathing, though I do feel a bit lightheaded sometimes. I suspect that's more getting used to it and having just quit smoking while not drinking much water on active sunny days. I think the general advice is no more than eight hours, though. I usually wear mine out, then take it off to give them a break when I get home (and with the temperature in Switzerland starting in the thirties now, I have to). Sooooo... go nuts.

I wear a DD, and I have a double-front. I get the best compression by folding the bottom up under the top, so I have twice as many layers over my chest and not as much over my stomach.
