I have serious body image issues with my muscular shoulder, biceps, and forearms.
I am doing cardio, no weights and eating high carbs, soy protein, and fat. Will the hrt help eliminate these, or reduce them at all? I am a littl...a lot worried, this is my main issue that ->-bleeped-<-s with my confidence about passing and presenting female. When I say passing, I dont mean to others, I mean to me, so i can feel comfortable in a high class dermatologists and med spa office.
I think I already know that I am stuck, but hope is always welcomed, just not lies.
