so I'm about, 2 months and 3 weeks into estrogen. And just today, I was playing with my boobs..lol... Then liquid came out. Just a small, clear liquid. I tried the other one..and it did the same.. What is this???? Should I be worried???? My next doc app is on the 10th. I'm scared.. Lol

It's colostrum. As long as it's clear it's not a problem. If it turns color, esp. brownish red, or gets thick, you should talk to your doctor.

I had a similar problem at a similar point in my HRT it's caused by elevated prolactin. Basically your lactating collostrum the inital milk is yellowish and full of antibodies (Designed to boost a newborns immune system) eventually it will turn cloudy white as lactose and fat come in.

I know it's pretty strange to get your head around your body is making food. It will get old quick when you realize it happens at inoppertune times like when you hear a baby screaming at the supermarket. u.u or you jump up and down.

Elevated prolactin can cause a problem if left unchecked in the long run their are several solutions to it.
lower your estrogen dose temporarily allow your pituitary gland to acclimate, take some micronized progestersone for a week or so it inhibits prolactin relase and the levels gradually drop off.

Glad you are OK but really that is so cool that we can make milk for a baby. How absolutely cool & feminine. Like most I wish I were born a girl. How great is must feel for a woman with normal nice breasts that make food for her child. To me no wonder I & most of us want to change/correct genders.

Be cool, enjoy the changes, mother.
