So, the other day my mum and I stopped into the local GNC and asked if there's any testosterone enhancements, and the lady had shown us P6 Extreme and Pink Magic, are them safe to take? My mum is against me taking hormones at the moment, so I was wondering if any other guys have taken these for a bit before going off to testosterone? Thanks a bunch!  ^-^

most testosterone enhancers only work for men as thats who they are designed for and the organs that are stimulated are organs we dont have.

They supposedly boost existing T levels that you don't have. There is no real replacement for T. How is some sketchy supplement safer than doctor prescribed and monitored T? If she is against you start T, why would she be ok with you taking something that she thinks might give you the same results?

The only reason I had asked was due to the lady at the GNC said she took Pink Magic and it had worked great but it had changed her voice so she stopped, as for my mother being okay with it is because it's actually not hormone replacement. And the only reason she's against it is because as a teenager she had cancer and had to take hormones and then this past summer she had breast cancer and is having to take estrogen blockers. So she thought these might work because I'm not putting purely testosterone into me, from what I've seen, both these have more than just testosterone.

I spend a good amount of time on bodybuilding forums...pink magic was hyped a lot before it came out, but once people got their hands on it the reviews weren't so good.  The good reviews are related to strength gains and vascularity, but no one has mentioned anything about it making them more manly.  It's really only effective as a mild workout supplement.

I had never heard about p6 extreme, but I did some research just now and it's even worse than pink magic.  If you want links to some of the reviews/forum discussions of these products, pm me!  But I'd advise that you stay away.  Also scope out some of the biggest bodybuilding forums for threads about best testosterone boosters for women (since as anibioman mentioned, a lot of testosterone boosters are formulated to work with men's physiology).

GNC's not the best place to go for supplements.  Online bodybuilding stores have the same things for cheaper, and overall better selections!  Definitely check them out!
