Yes!  I am the 'K' Lady!   ;)

Thanks for the compliment on the bod!   :)  You'll get there, you got there before in your other life.  The initiative required is identical.  ;)  If you can envision it, you can have it.  :)

Thanks Kristyn! I have started amping up my workouts . . i need to be fabulous for the fall - lol. I asked my endo about estrace yesterday and he said he had no problem with me taking it but strangely requested that i get it from my gynecologist?? Maybe just passing the buck. But anyway, i think a tad bit of the dreaded testosterone might kick-start my body project. I could also use some help in the O department . . i have always had very very low testosterone.

Hi jen - i went to Dr. Chettawut in Thailand.

Don't be afraid of putting on bulk `cuz you won't--no matter how hard you try.  You'll get lean muscle which is good.

Stacy thanks for sharing! You're right that most nowadays probably don't have too much discomfort or difficulty with recovery but some of us definitely do. Mine did not go exactly smoothly but it wasn't nearly the situation you were in. ;)

9 INCHES?  Are you kidding? What do you use for a dilator? (insert your own risque long dilator substitute here.) (Uh, damn, there I go again! I swear they just pop out!)

That's actually a valid observation . . i consume the ENTIRE dilator . . i literally have to put my thumb and index finger inside the canal (or actually inside the inner labia) to apply force and hold on to the thing. But i have never got it stuck. In fact i'm fairly adept to popping the dilator out by simply coughing - don't know why that works so well - lol.

Before the FIRST surgery i told the surgeon that my #1 concern/goal was depth. I even paid like $1,200 for a skin graft if it were needed. I knew i would never see the $1,200 again if i needed or not. I just figured he's do a skin graft regardless of utility. Sure enough the doctor did do a skin graft (the scars are completely masked by the labia majora). But to my utter shock and disappointment he told me that he was only able to achieve 5". Even in my morphine mind i knew that it was 5" using his measurements and it would probably end up being like 4" or less in reality. He said that the problem was urethral scaring (ironically he told another girl the same thing - she got 3 freakin' inches - but she's a lesbian). Anyway i was beyond depressed about the initial depth. Then when he told me that he would have to remove the original skin graft and perform the colon segment i saw an opportunity for more depth. I was pretty upset at this point (and also the fact that i had to shell out $14,000 more). I demanded at least 7 inches. He said that he couldn't guarantee that and depth was dictated by the amount of space between the bladder and rectum. I argued with him and he actually pulled out Grey's Anatomy to show me. I basically told him to make it work. Anyway, some how he made it work. But let me tell you i earned it. I wanted depth and i got insane depth.  As far as width goes i would say that i'm average or maybe sub-average. I easily accommodate his #4 but to this day i still have to start with #2. My friend who went to Brassard was dilating with just #4 (i think) by her 6th month. I'm not complaining though. Oh, and i also produce zero natural lubrication . . and i'm glad. I was terrified of having leakage due to the sigmoid colon. I am dryer than any transwoman i know and there is zero odor. I am completely repulsed by strong odors and i have no odor. I don't even have the feminine one everyone describes on here. Actually, (this is kinda gross) but every 5-6 weeks when i douche a huge glob of uck will fall out and it smells utterly repulsive - like rotten gefilta fish . . i think is a combo of dried lubricant and some sloughing . . but who knows. I actually took a picture of it last time - but i'll spare you all.

That's funny you say that because neither do I--not that particular feminine one anyway--and I wonder if it has anything to do with diet.  Everything I eat is fresh and very rarely do I have meat.  I have a scent similar to mint, if you can believe that.  Minty fresh!!!!

Well I don't consume the dilator but if I cough when it's in it shoots out like a bullet.  Just natural pressure on the dilator caused by the coughing.

Don't compare to others, we all heal differently.  I you need to start with No2 and work up so be it eventually when your body is ready you will go straight to the BIG ONE.
