Looking down my shirt while reading this thread, I realised I have gone a bit "conical" tonight. My nipples seem to have shortened but got larger in diameter.  The "buds" seem to have softened and spread out too.

18 months of hrt and painful nipples most of the time but very little breast growth. My body is still skinny as a stick. Hoping that more will happen after srs as some say. Good thing that I never expected any miracles to happen.

I too am rail skinny; 5' 10" 146 pounds. There was a period for the first few months I was on HRT that my band size went up an inch. As my breasts filled out over the next six months to a full 36A, my chest size went down a full inch and my band size returned to its original 36 inches. I think it's related to  the same sort of cartilage changes that caused me to lose a full inch of height. The net effect is more pronounced cleavage. It's more about difference in bust/underbust than the actual bust measurement.

Then about 3 1/2 months in, they are permanently large. Yay!!!

I haven't noticed any actual breast growth yet, but I certainly feel something going on. It's a wonderful feeling.

I'll ditto those remarks. I will be lying in bed at night reading and suddenly my breasts will just swell and hurt. And then they will back off slightly. Its really weird. I'm just a few days over two weeks. I'm taking low dose to start so I would guess things will be different down the road.
