I know similar threads have been posted, so forgive me if I am saying what has already been said.  As a 54 year old transman, looking to get back into the work force, I was thinking about all the questions an inteviewer might ask.  And, even though I am living openly as a transman, these don't necessarily represent what I might say.....more of what we all should be able to say.  In response to questions like..."what is your greatest strength?" Or, "What was your greatest hardship?"  Being able to say....transitioning...to both.  I believe that anyone that can transition, and come out on the other end...or keep going, are people with incredible inner strenght.  And, also people of great character.  Because, if we did'nt have those attributes, we would just crumble and fall.  And, are'nt those 2 of the big attributes that employers seek?  Did i forget to mention integrity?  In transitioning, there comes a point where we all have to be honest and lay it all on the line.
Open to your thoughts.
