I personally rather have a lot of hair, and be able to wax/shave it off than not have hair at all. I know my dad is a hairy guy. Plus, I have gone to an endocrinologist and when I got blood work done, it showed that my body overproduces testosterone. Not a huge amount but it is more than my body should produce. Where I was getting at with the hair is that this probably means I will get hair a lot faster than certain FTM's? I'll be happy to have facial hair and stuff.
My voice isn't super girly which I'm so happy about so hopefully that means T will REALLY have the effects I want on me.

I'm so excited. The more I come to accept things, the easier things get. I already told my mom about being Trans but the next day I panicked and I said I was confused. This wasn't too long ago. Last night I wanted to tell her about how I feel but she kind of got upset and I ended up not talking. She said she accepted me no matter what though last time. She even apologized for making me wear dresses lol But last night I got so sad. I felt aggravated and wanted to cry so badly. Lately, I get sad easier. IDK why. I just started accepting things and now I have moments where I just get very sad.

I don't think there was a huge point to this post I think talking about it or rather writing things out helps so much. And listening to everyone helps too. :)

I'm not a medical professional so I can't confirm or deny your hopes in any way. But when I got my preliminary blood work done it turned out I had low testosterone even for a female-bodied person. Yet, I was pretty hairy and didn't have a particularly feminine voice; I also had a few sparse hairs on my upper lip. If anything, I was expecting to have high natural T levels. Now that I'm on T I'm getting hair everywhere, even on the back of my hands. In fact, body/facial hair was one of the very first changes I noticed. So, basing it off my experience, I'd say you probably have a good chance of getting quick changes too, especially since your levels are already high. That's pretty cool.

I know what you mean when you wanted to take back what you told your mom. I felt the same way. I think it will always feel kind of weird with family, or at least with our parents. But it sounds like she's quite accepting. It sounds like you've got a lot to look forward to, and be happy about. So keep your head up man. It's not going to be an easy road, but it helps to have people supporting you. These things take time.

high T levels (for a female bodied person) are actually quite common among FTMs. I had them and so did every FTM I ever asked about it.
If your dad is really hairy chances are you will become hairy on T. If your dad's voice is really low, chances are your voice might lower a lot.
Which level your voice lowers to doesn't really depend on your testosterone levels though. It has more to do with your anatomy (adam's apple etc.).

Did the endocrinologist mention the possibility of PCOS?

This should be looked into as there are some issues you will need to keep an eye on if this is the case.

I have naturally high T levels ... I am between normal high female and normal low male .... right in the middle

I'm getting my levels checked at the end of November. I'm kinda hairy too and my voice somehow passes as male. I wouldn't be surprised if my levels are high too, but who knows. It makes sense that FtMs would have different hormone levels than cisgender women. It's probably the same story for the majority of MtFs, with lower T levels or higher E or whatever

This was the case with me. Even when they had me on a full dose of T (same dose many transmen are on) I never had a normal male level of T. Never even went into actual male ranges. Just kinda hovered right below those levels even with suplementation.

The suplemental T was one of the last straws. It really made me rage filled and agressive. Even though it was technically low for a male it was astronomicaly high for a woman. So it makes sence that it would not agree with me.

lol yep! Like you I have hair. I never let it get bad since I still have to pass as female...Well I guess I don't anymore and I'm starting my transition at the very least on an emotional level. Regardless, I do shave but it grows back SO fast! It's ridiculous. Like my fiancee doesn't have to shave nearly as much as I do.
And thanks for being so nice! Yeah, it's scary telling a parent but eh. I'm going to give it another go. Maybe write her a nice letter explaining all the things that would otherwise be hard to say out loud at first.

I was told I had "normal T levels for a female bodied person". I can only guess this means I had average, and not high.

Even so, I was quite hairy already. I chalked it up to genetics at first, but NO other female bodied person on either side of my family had as much hair and other masculine features as I did. I had a happy trail, chest hair, stubborn dark hair in my face, larger hands, I even had a masculine hairline (corners more receded than what's "normal" for a female).

I'm still not so sure any of this says anything about how fast changes will come on T.
It sure is a happy feeling though to have those "signs" you're already sort of on the way.

Yes! It is an amazing feeling. It's sort of confirmation that my body is meant for the change (Or at least I like to tell myself this!)

I had high levels of T for a female before I started on T. I wasn't very hairy, and my voice was definitely girly sounding.

The last time my levels were checked, my T levels were slightly too high for a trans guy, but the endo thought it was because I'd taken the blood test while the T levels were peaked from my shot.

I haven't become incredibly hairy, but I am getting a little bit of facial hair under my chin and in the sideburns area, and on the upper lip. My voice also dropped relatively quickly.
