Transguys have stronger immune systems than bioguys, since we were born with an extra X chromosome instead of Y.
We're less likely to get infections or cancer, so that's a plus.

donno if we are more or less likely to get chancer, but the T guys who got top surgery and so dont get that kinda cancer,

Eh, I'd put my money on less likely, 'cause even if you're pre-op/no-op or pre-T/no-T, we've still got hella good immune systems compared to the bioguys.

Doesn't T increase cancer risk? So in a way your chance is pretty much equal or if not a little more better of resistance.

But nonetheless Cancer doesn't see gender....

Eh, technically, there is no solid evidence that T increases the risk of cancer in FTM's, since no one's done a study on us as a whole with a large enough sample size over a long enough period of time. Point is, though, that our immune system is better. 

Cancer might not see gender, but the gene for the immune system is on the X chromosome. If we develope a mutation connected to said gene, we have a backup copy. Bioguys don't.

Plenty of ovarian/other reproductive cancers if the relevant parts are not removed, and if they change their sex legally then their insurance will not cover any treatment and they will die.

But no prostate cancer!

I didn't know if you change your legal sex then insurance doesn't cover it  does that go the same for everywhere?

It's advisable that you get a hysterectomy etc before your insurance thinks you're male, because most of the time they will refuse to cover any "female" procedures for men. Maybe not all of them are like that (and different countries with socialized health care systems may be completely different) but it is something to think about.

I don't mean to scaremonger, but many FtMs have died from ovarian, uterine, or cervical cancer, most famously Robert Eads, who was refused treatment by many doctors. I think it's important that they know they aren't immune to cancer in regions they'd rather not think about.

Logan I was bullied and shamed by my gynecologist pre-transition, just on the knowledge that I'm trans. She completely stopped treating any problem I presented for, and whenever I went in she just lectured me about how I wasn't trans because there is no such thing. She told me to accept being a woman because I'd be one until I was dead. Getting healthcare can be tangly. It's such a rule-oriented environment that they often don't want to tolerate differences.
