The changes you should be experiencing now (or soon), you kinda gotta pay attention to. At your point, my nipples were sore, I was noticing a LOT of body hair on my hands in the shower, my skin started feeling less greasy, I got constipated (as my endo says: "Welcome to estrogen!") and I did not sweat as much. Of course my libido fell, too. I was also a little more unstable in the emotional department.
Now, I have a bit of breast tissue, my skin is extremely soft (especially right out of the shower), my chest hair is thinning out (although it's slowed dramatically), if I run my hands up and down my legs, dozens of hair fall out, my complexion is shifting to more of a brighter tint, my hands are dry no matter what, I've gotten horny maybe once this month (not counting some sort of stimulation by a guy), my body odor is like, non existant now... I can't even smell my arm pits unless I just got out of the shower, then I just smell the body wash I use. My emotions are so girly, at times they cannot be hidden. I used to say "aw" with my brain, now I say it without even thinking about it, as if it comes from my heart. Also, I've lost an entire 4" in my band. Things I used to sling around at work, I'm starting to ask coworkers to help out with me on. I'm also itchy in random spots for no reason! It comes and goes..
Look for any slight changes you're experiencing now to amplify soon!
BTW, I'm 29 and I started Spiro on Sept 12. Of course, YMMV, and apparently my E to T levels went female pretty quickly. While I could write a book on what I have found to be the difference between estrogen and testosterone to be, I know I have much more to experience, because I still do not ever get mistaken for a girl (except from behind, or from a distance on slight occasion).
