Passing on the phone (pre-T) earlier today, more than once too  ;D
Being able to spend HOURS at night with a girl I like and learning she's accepting of FtM's  :)
Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to overcome it.

Logan, you should post pictures of the ewes.  They sound really cute.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

Yes, Logan, we need your sheep.

And
QuoteMy snake decided to sneeze when I picked him up. He doesn't do it often, but it really is very funny sounding.
made me happier than it probably should've.

And Ayden. My gosh. None of us deserve a guy like you. If I felt ethical plus one-ing more than once in the same thread, I would.

I finally got to finish my book in peace - read straight through till the very end. And the heater is fixed just in time before the snow hits.

I've forgotten what i looked like as a guy.  :D

The hour long massage I had made me very happy!

Also getting tickets to the Blue Man Group in Vegas made me extremely happy as well.

Felix

Thank you Logan.

Other than those sheep, what made me happy most recently was falling asleep on a city bus and waking up just in time for my stop. :)

And my snake, Viktor, ate with no fuss even though he usually prefers to give me the run around.

This seems very stressful.

I didn't even know that snakes could run! *eek*

Thank you Logan.

Other than those sheep, what made me happy most recently was falling asleep on a city bus and waking up just in time for my stop. :)

My daily commute is over an hour, so I can definitely commiserate.

It's always awesome to nod off and wake up just in time. It's like I just jumped forward in time!

1. Got offered my first paid position in my chosen field. (I'm in my last semester of grad school, will have my degree in January, so hurray for having a job when I'm done, even if it's just a project position!)
2. Got to talk to my boyfriend 3 times in one week and if I'm lucky he'll be online for me to talk to today.
3. My kidlet went to visit her grandparents so my partner and I get to spend  little time alone together.
4. Gingerbread lattes.
5. Finding out that old dead i-pod of mine that I was never able to get rid of is part of the recall and I can send it in for a replacement. Woot! Free solstice gift for the kidlet!

Reading through all the other replies to this made me smile. Not a bad start to the morning. Now if I can just finish up this paper that was due 2 weeks ago I'm set.

Sam - Congrats on the job! I hope it goes well. I always wanted to work as a snow plower in the winter. Why? So that I could have huge snow piles and jump in them. Yep. I'm cool.

Jakob - What online games? I tried back in the dark ages to get into Ultimate Online but those pesky RPGs kept calling me. Cookies are the best. I would eat nothing but cookies, but then I would never be able to get in shape. :O

Felix - Yay for nice girls! Ego boosts are wonderful, aren't they? And I just want to say 'Aw, shucks!' I would have added the blushing face, but he kinda looks constipated, which is not how your post made me feel. I feel the same way about everyone here. You all give me so much of the happy. So much so that I don't care that the previous sentence was grammatically incorrect. :D  I want to post a video of Viktor sneezing/yawning, but I can never predict it. One day I will do it, and you can enjoy it. Seriously, snakes make some weird noises. As for sleeping on the city bus, lucky you! Last time I did that, I ended up at the airport and late for an exam. T_T

InstantRamen - Congrats on the passing! ^_^ I am pre-t too, but I can't pass at all. The best I can do is talk in a low voice, but then it just sounds like I have a cold. T_T All the luck with your lady-friend. Accepting people rock my socks.

Logan Bann - You gave me a giggles. Your passing experience is awesome, and your sheep are the adorable. I want to cuddle them, hayfever and allergies be damned! Are you a rancher by trade or hobby?

Mattie - I am envious! I never have time to read anything I want to. I was a sucker and got into the history program at my college, and now all I get to read is history stuff. I love it, but there are days when I feel like curling up with some coffee and re-reading through Harry Potter or something. And I am glad you got your heater fixed. Mine went out once in the winter and it was awful. Alaskan winters = suck.

Rukia - Happiness for you! I imagine it must be so freeing to look in the mirror and see you, the woman, rather than the male stranger. Look in that mirror and be proud everyday!

Epi - I went to vegas last year but didn't get a chance to see BMG! Lucky you! Tell me how it is. Oh, and massages are wonderful, aren't they? My last one had me purring like a kitten.

Guantanamera - I know right? I always figured the lack of legs would prevent it, but somehow, whenever it's feeding time and he just doesn't want to put up with it, he able to move like he had them. Last time he even managed to get out of the feeding tank. Little punk.

Sindo - Double congrats on finishing school and the job! That is wonderful! I would (almost) gnaw off my leg to offered a teaching position somewhere before I finish my degree, but then I remember that I have to have a PhD. I'll never get out of school at that rate! -_^ I am happy that you got to talk to your sweetie! Long Distance is hard, but at least talking can help ease the distance, ya know? Oh, and Gingerbread = awesome, Latte = mouth-gasms. So we can infer that gingerbread lattes = awesome mouth-gasms/heavenly. And that is the extent of my math skills.

So, I wanted to post yesterday, but then life decided to happen. Pfft. Anyway, weekend's happiness so far:

Got to watch my boy enjoy doing something creative and enjoy himself.
Knowing that my boy will be done with his thesis edits today! I am so excited for him, and proud of how well he is doing despite all the pressure and heavy work load.
Finally got started on thesis stuff. Got through three articles and half of the first book (still have a lot to go through, but it's a start!)
Got to spend last night with my honey playing card games, watching Mystery Science Theatre 3000 and had a few crown and cokes.
Have my first appointment with my new therapist tomorrow morning.
Got to talk to my 17 year old brother about life.
My date with my friend had to be cancelled because of work, but I still got to see her for a little bit.
My honey woke me up at 4am just to tell me that he liked Ayden as my name, and that when I change it my intials will either be A.H. or A.A. depending on if I take his name.

Driving home late last night on my rural road I came up on a overturned vehicle with a single occupant trapped inside.  I was able to pull her from the vehicle before the cracked gas tank leaked all the fuel out and caught on fire.  I'm happy everything worked out and that she's alive.

@Ayden - Yeah, I'm definitely gonna move up north after college, but I'm not sure I'll go as far as Alaska. Maybe, who knows? :P Friends in general are just awesome, and I wouldn't trade mine for anything in the world.

Today's list!

1 - I came out to my mom yesterday, and she took it much better than I expected. Her exact words were "(Insert female name here), if you wanted to be a monkey, as long as you still loved me, I would have been fine with it."

2 - My dad dropped 'Sweetheart' all together and started calling me 'Buddy'.

3 - A friend of mine who I see on occasion - who I'm not out to - began calling me by an old androgynous nickname of mine, for no apparent reason. It was so subtle that I didn't notice until after the fact, when my mind went "Wait, did she just call me...?". Regardless, it made me smile a bit.

4 - I now pass 99.99% of the time (outside of school, that is) albeit rather young for my age. I went to a rated R movie with the folks and my older sis' the other day, and at the ticket counter, the lady looked pointedly at me and asked my father "How old is he?". Yeah, I look like I'm thirteen/fourteen, but at least she called me 'he'!  ;D

5 - My dad wants to start working out with me, since "all a father wants is for his son to be able to hold his own in a fight and defend himself."

6 - I'm getting a labrador puppy next month! My mom and I went out to look at them today, and as soon as he's old enough, we can take little Jethro home! ^_^

-I finally got around to fighting the 8th gym leader in my Pokemon Black game :'P. It was very easy and makes me question why I stopped playing for so many months o.o.

-I turned both my brother and boyfriend into bronies >:'D! I got confirmation when my boyfriend agreed to get together tomorrow to design our cutie marks and I got my brother to turn Skyrim off to watch an episode of the show @_@... I freaking love Pinkie Pie.

-The Walking Dead is on tonight :'D!
