He is a realyl good looking guy and is more or less a glorified sperm donor. But he helps her raise the daughters when he's not out partying, playing sports, getting in my other gay ex's pants, or being a little catty bitch.

My friend's sister was married to a guy and had two children with him.  After the children were years old, he came out to being gay.
It is possible to be married/have children with a guy who didn't admit to being gay until after all was said and done.
Not looking to argue, just another point of view as to how it's possible/why a woman would have children with a gay guy.
