I just talked to my parents about meeting up with a german guy while going there,
he is trans and we chatted on the net.
my mom keep me with the "dont meet up strangers on internet" bla bla stuff as she is very phobic on this point,
I told her his trans and she said its not to trust people from the net cause he could be lying and so..
I somehow agree with her,
but I also said I where sure he where trans because the way we talked where diffrent than for normal bio guys or girls.
now I somehow feel strange about realising that in this random situation,
but yeah, its diffrent to talk to transgender people than to non trans folks,
for people who arnt trans you pretty much start out explaning things to them, if your open as trans, they will ask, or compare you to other trans, or have prejugdings unless they are wellknowed about the topic. If thery know about being trans, then they will start out pointing out there wellknownes in how they know friends/famely members who are trans.
for trans people its more like charing thought and experience, and comparing.
I dont know how to explain but just felt like sharring.
dose anybody ells fell the same?
