Felix, I am so glad to hear that things are working out well.  Here's another smile for you.

People are sending me graduation money.  I think that I am now un-broke enough to set up an appointment with a gender therapist.

Also, I was in a not so good place today until my cat decided she wanted a snuggle.  It's surprising what having something to hug can do.

Looking out over the Derwent estuary and as far as Port Arthur from the summit of Mt Wellington this afternoon, and then riding my new Triumph down to town again because IT WAS FREEZING UP THERE!!!

Finally saw two of my friends who I haven't seen in a long time. Small things like that brighten my day.

1, from a girl as iwas walkin home from school, and 2, at the optometrist the other day,  it just makes my day lol

Today is 2 weeks on testosterone for me, which means I'm going out today to get my second shot, and my Mum and girlfriend are coming with me.
Also, I was speaking to my girlfriend's Mum on the phone a few hours ago, and she was commenting on how deep my voice has gotten in such a short time on T.

I'm cleaning my house, and I just found a newspaper from July of 2008. I don't know if that makes me happy because it's funny, or because I'm happy to be back to not being the kind of person who does things like that. xD

I got a new black leather jacket yesterday. I have a coat to wear that is warm, cool, and not girlie! Now it needs some sort of decoration.

Are the trans girlies allowed in here?

If so, I recently came out to an entire class of people at school as part of an arts performance....

And not a single person shouted or started to gather up their pitchforks.

In fact, everyone was really supportive. The girls cried and hugged me; the boys well, they told me I was brave.

It made me feel so happy I couldn't really contain myself. It was kinds strange that so many people were crying and I was smiling 

I really love this post and wanted to throw my fifty cents in (Im worth way more than two cents  )

Hmm so what has gotten me so happy lately?

1. I had my top surgery on Dec 8, 2011 (YAY, I also developed a hematoma on one side so I got to see the results
early when Dr. Garramone drained it and OMG its amazing)

2. I just hit my one year anniversary with my partner on Dec 4, 2011. (He's the most amazingly supportive
person I have ever met, not only that but we are totally out to his parents and they love me )

3. My druid on world of warcraft is looking damn sexy

4. My grandmother is also very supportive (although forgetting of pronouns but hell she's 80, and wonderful)

5. My partner took a job at a school in Orlando, FL so we moved from California to Florida in October so this seems like
the perfect opportunity to really start over.

6. My sock collection is looking very sexy!

I love reading everybody's happy.

What made me happy today is hard to admit. Someone I love and admire was kind to me. He's known me longer than anybody else I can think of, and in addition to being casual and friendly, he had no problem with my name and pronouns. I would've been quietly crushed if he wasn't okay with my transition.

Another thing, though - I worked. I love physical labor, and I love to be useful. I bagged rice for hungry poor people. We processed 11 tons in 4 hours. That's a lot. I usually do clerical volunteer work, which is much less satisfying.

I will be responding to everyone on this thread this weekend, which makes me happy.

Also, I was able to help a friend of mine through a crisis regarding the traditional binary gender idea. Helping her accept herself was more than I could ever ask for.

I just came out to a couple more people today - friends that I used to be close to but now see once or twice a month. Turns out, they already guessed as much, and were not at all surprised or confused or... anything. It was really easy.

-We found a way to integrate the party cannon in our DnD campaign :'D!
-We also got a bear dressed in a sailor's outfit to do Tae Bo with us :'D! (DnD again, too epic for real life ;_;!)

-I continue perfecting my curry mac & cheese recipe :'D! I will make so much money from it @_@!
-SVU marathon! :'D! Don't care what the world tells me, there's no such thing as too much Law & Order @_@.
-Turns out I'm not getting a cold :'P.

I realized that I'm taller than about half the guys on my mom's side of the family.

GnomeKid, last night I dreamed I found like an ounce of pretty green crystally stuff in a baggie in the gutter. I thought "oh yay, now I can go to bed in a better headspace when I get stressed," and it wasn't until late today that I realized I didn't actually find anything of the sort. XD

I found a Nico Nico cover of Gakupo's legendary song "Dancing Samurai" by Rumdarjun! I thought no Nico Nico artist has made a cover of that song but apparently I was wrong! Yay!

And the best of all, I got an invitation for my next transition appointment with the social worker!

This morning I woke up in bed next to my partner. He happies me just by existing near me. :3

My partner finds out today if there's an opening for a job he'll most likely get if the opening exists. Does that make sense? If there's a job, he probably gets it.

He's also helping me build my own Magic: The Gathering deck so I'll have one of my very own to play with.

He's a major source of happy lately.
