It's a really interesting channel, from the little I've seen.
However, I think it sort of has the same problem as vlogs and such: long videos of pure speaking in front of a camera... which tends to be hard to follow. I don't know if it's because of my ADD, but either way, I've got to be really, really interested in a video to follow it through 10 whole minutes if there's not much interaction or movement.
So I think that perhaps it would be good to either write down the contents of the video in the description, since text is much easier to follow, especially if it has titles and well-separated paragraphs. Plus, you can easily skip to the part about what interests you in a text without missing things, and there's Ctrl-F, too. But I realise this is way too much work.
So maybe, instead, when there's a 10-minute video that speaks of many sub-subjects, you could either make many 1-3-minute videos, either add clickable "YouTube anchor links" with titles, with which we could skip to the subportion we want. That way, it would be much more practical.
Also, I think you could use a Web page (or even simply a forum topic! Simple, and it would work just as well) to reference your videos, with an "index" of links, titles and perhaps descriptions. Because even if you make playlists and all, no matter how I look at it, YouTube channels are messy and sort of a pain to search through.
Finally, perhaps you could think of adding a part for guys. I'm sure they would love to be included in this interesting project. And, well, it says "TransByDef", not just "MTFTransByDef"~.
The bottom line is: this is an interesting project, and if I'm making all those comments, it's 'cause I like it, and as a perfectionist, I want the things that I like to improve.
