I have the peecock.  I use the harness so I don't need to adjust it.   I'm always sitting with my package in my hand and I stroke it like a long lost friend.  I am under the impression that it being functional (standing to pee, haven't had a chance to try it's other function yet) has helped with my mind mapping it to my body and accepting it as a part of me.  I tended to get really disphoric with the non functional type.  Been trying to figure out how to pee standing up since I was 5 and the damn squeezy bottle didn't work.

Because it is hollow it can form a slight suction with the pee hole blocked making for some wanking good times.

Our mind is really good at mapping things to our body.  Because I don't know how to explain what I mean, an example is when you feel like you are wearing your glasses but you're actually not.  It's the reason amputees experience phantom feelings in missing limbs.  Why I don't experience that with my moobs is because they weren't supposed to be there so my brain never mapped them.  Bit off track and not making much sense probably ... damn painkillers...

I have Mr Limpy, I find myself occasionally having to adjust it in my pants the way a cis male would if it wasn't...sitting right. 

I don't use a harness, I just wear Aussie bum knickers that have a pouch in the front, fits perfectly.
