I do trust Susan's. Problem is, there is someone on here with bad intentions. In the private section of FTM, I saw a few postings of before and after pictures. And someone named xxxxx or something along those lines was stealing pictures from here and posting them on their blog.

I checked their website and there are more pictures. I don't know where they are getting them from but if you think you aren't safe if someone were to see the pictures you posted of you before or now, please be careful.

Here's the website.

I think those were taken from the site before that post was moved to the private forum.  They should be safer now, but yeah, some people just suck.  :-\
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

A blah blog

Stay Clear - This is Crazy Talk

Of course, the way to avoid any of that crap in the first place is not to be ashamed of any part of your life.  That's the point of pride crap - has nothing to do with being proud, it has everything to do with not living in fear.

Meh she's been doing that for the longest.  I can't believe she even has the guts to post her videos on a Youtube account.  Nevertheless it's always a good thing to be careful of what you post.  People like her really need to get a life.  If she hates it so much then why even discuss it?  That would be like me hating lemon pie and blogging about the evils of lemon pie and why not to eat it.   It doesn't make sense and it's a waste of time.  I seriously thinks she needs therapy because she is a lunatic.

Also if she is sooooo secure in herself as a butch why is her name xxxxx?  Lol

Wow, creepy! Looks like someone's obsessed...posting others' pictures like that, especially more private ones, is really uncalled for. I guess it's best to not post anything even on locked forums if you don't want to risk it.

I honestly wonder what her argument on transwomen is? Guess it doesn't matter, when they're that deluded.

I can't be the only one who was a bit amused/disturbed by Dirt's self-description as an "Intelligent Butch Lesbian" (emphasis mine) at the bottom of the page...

I understand what you are saying but everyone has a right to their privacy. But for some people there truly is an element of needing to remain safe. It isn't about being "ashamed". I posted this for those who didn't know about her. People have a freedom to do whatever they want. I personally don't want my picture on that crazy woman's site.

True, but such rights are not absolute.  You first must (according to the courts) have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the first place.  Nobody on the web has such expectations - or more correctly - such expectations on the web are not reasonable.  I was told long ago: Anything you do on the web is as easy to track by those who know how as a single set of footprints across a field in new snow, and information is about as private as spray painting it in 10 foot high letters in neon orange on the side of your local Wall Mart.  Still have not seen anything that would dispute that.

Yeah, unfortunately this is the nature of the beast that is the Internet. I think it's still in the experimental stage where people are no aware of the long-term ramifications and that anything you put on it is preserved essentially forever. I imagine in another generation or two, people will be behaving differently because we'll have experimented and figured out what to do or not to do.

It just bugs me that this women attempts to speak on behalf of EVERYONE in such a sweeping manner. Talk about projection.

Yes I agree everything we do online is forever there. HOWEVER, we don't all put EXTREMELY personal information (where we live, our school, etc.) out there for others to track us down. Look, I'm not really trying to argue with you. But I didn't know that this idiot was taking pictures from here, youtube, and doing what she's doing. And maybe someone else who didn't know, might want to reconsider putting up their picture, etc on here or anywhere else. I'm not telling anyone what to do. I'm just sharing this information.

is old news to me, but you did well to bring this up again, Nick - there are noobs who may not have been aware.  I am personally not threatened by her or her use of my pics, but not everyone may feel the same.

caseyyy

I knew about her too but yeah, it's good to let people know who may not have. She be messed up.

schism

it's a shame some people are so self-obsessed and narrow minded that they have to project their insecurities in such a damaging way.  this woman is clearly threatened by the trans community and isn't secure enough in her own reality that she has to try to force it on everyone else.  i don't really care if my pictures are picked up by her or anyone else.  they're just images.  when putting images on the internet one has to be prepared for the possibility that someone may use them for something untoward.  we choose to put them into a public domain.  privacy on the internet is a myth.

Last year, I had a guy who stole my pics from another website and then used them...pretending that my pics were really him. He then went to yahoo answers! and on another transwebsite with my pics and proceeded to have cyber sex with a lot of ->-bleeped-<- ->-bleeped-<-s. I think his name was PJ or something like that.

Anyways, I filed a police report. He was never formally charged but he got the sh*t scared of him when the police contacted him. An Investigator told me about tineye.com. Its a reverse image site. You can take your pictures and and use that website to search and see if your pics pop up anywhere else. The site is still growing but they have over 2.5 billion images in their search engine and its growing everyday. I would recommend using it
