I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?" - Fred Rogers

I've done so.  I sometimes swirl those two ingredients in a bowl to make it look like a two flavor soft twist on a cone.  I use the natural PB with no additives, It brings out the grape flavor of the jelly I made last season, yet keeping the peanut taste.  I don't do that anymore, too habit forming.

Took a while to work out what PBJ was.  I tried "Goober and Grape" once.  My reaction was quite similar to an American's first meeting with Vegemite.  :o  :P

Just had reheated Fish and Vegetable Curry.  It was a case of having a jar of Vindaloo Paste and only fish and vegies in the fridge.  Much better the second day after it marinates. As always.  :)

Rice and black beans in a big tortilla wrap topped with salsa.  Change of plans so we didn't have one of our son's favorite meals while he was sick.  Turned out quite tasty and I still managed to stay under 1600 today.
Blessed Be!

It is too late to be eating anything (11.45pm here) but hot buttered toast is tempting me. For dinner tonight we had beef in black bean sauce with chilis and green pepper with fried rice.

I should not be hungry. I am NOT hungry, but that toast...... oh dear.....................

Beverley
Oh, good toast (with fresh homemade bread and a touch of garlic) is hard to resist.  We had omelets (with our eggs of course) and fresh garlic kissed toast yesterday and I ended up at around 1950 instead of 1600 because I just couldn't resist the last piece of toast on the pan.
Blessed Be!

Laying Eggs?  That's nothing, I have a nephew who lays bricks!!

Lunch was ham and a tossed salad with freshly squeezed orange juice.
Dinner will be Tortellini and Spinach Soup.
Not nearly as flash as it sounds.  Cook the Tortellini or Ravioli in a couple of litres of packet French Onion soup, with a couple of handfulls of Spinach or Bok Choi.  Tastes great.
