About two years.  I'm still not certain why I am here or what made me finally decide to register.

i came across Susans in late 2010, when I was trying to find out about gender therapists.  My first post, in Nov 2011, was about finding a local support group ... one such I still have not found!  But I lucked out and found a community instead.

Nobody's "worthless"!  Post your introduction and tell us a little about yourself. I bet you will find kindred spirits.

Nah, I waded in right away and did me stuff.

Perhaps seven months. I didn't come here a whole lot after I fist learned of this place, but over time I came here more and more. When it got to be an everyday thing I decided it was time to become an active member. Also with my questioning. In the first few months after learning of transgenders, I did a fair amount of self searching. Now that I'm fairly sure of my feelings, I have decided to join up and start talking.

About 45 seconds..

 I think it was about 6 months.  I was happy just reading the threads until one day some wrote something that really pissed me off.  I had to join so I could put my two cents in.  Turns out I enjoy contributing once and awhile.

I was a member back in 2004 but posted under a different name.

A couple weeks, I believe.

I was a lurker for six months then I was active for awhile then deactivated my account. Then I lurked the forums until now, while visiting the chat room every now and then.

 I was a lurker for years; I only joined after the frustration of having input that I couldn't share got to a peak. I still don't post much, but there's a topic here and there that I feel I can add to...

Found it, joined it. This quick. "Marry in haste, repent at leisure..."

I joined same day as viewing the site, I already 'knew' about the website long ago, but never visited it. I guess I just wanted to avoid community groups for some time. Last sort of community like this I was ever a part of was when I was a pre op, more than 10/11 years ago. Still, I am here now, and like the forum 🙂

Known about the site for 8 years!  Only joined this week!

I joined the day after I found it and I have no idea how I found it lol
I was shy though I didn't really post much and when I did I used to spend about 10 minutes wondering if I should. I didn't come on for a few months and now I'm back!
My confidence shot up because of T, so now I just post =]

I lurked for about two to three years. It doesn't help when you have parents commenting "It's just a phase!" all of the time.

Several months, I think. Maybe less. I really have no idea.
