LOL... There was stuff going on and I started to think I'd never be able to make dinner

Anyway, another unconventional here  :)  I'm eating breakfast for dinner...

A thick slice of corned beef from the deli with some horseradish mustard, an omelet with with hot sauce and some hash brown potatoes  :)

Well I tried Poutain with Mozarella. So-so, I'll give it a go again with Ricotta.

My pride....
How does it taste? Can I have some?

And why is everyone eating corned beef? I grew up eating lots of meat and I don't remember ever eating that stuff at home.

Corned beef on St. Patrick's day is kinda like turkey is to Thanksgiving  :)  Plus it's just really tasty stuff

It tastes very bitter like the taste in the mouth when forgetting to brush your teeth on a Saturday morning.  Feel free to take as much as you like.   :D

I made a papaya-pineapple salsa to go with broiled orange roughy.

The salsa was comprised of fresh papaya, fresh pineapple, red and green bell pepper, yellow chili pepper (in lieu of jalapeno), minced red onion, lime juice, orange juice, and cilantro leaves.  Not only did it taste good, it was very colorful as well.

Sirloin steak cooked to melt in the mouth perfection, sliced, in a sandwich with crisp iceberg lettuce, a couple of slices of tomato and... if heaven is a place on earth, I'm there.

I just had a veggie burger with lots of veggie bacon on a Hawaiian roll. A little lettuce, some onion, and a touch of mustard and I'm the happiest kid on the block :-D So tasty.
