An omelet that didn't turn out quite as planned  :-\   Oh well, it still tastes pretty good  ;D

Vanilla ice cream with a little mint cocoa powder mix sprinkled mixed in.

Rissoto with bacon and Silver Beet.  Instead of stirring for ages, I fry the rice as usual, then put everything in a pot and shove in the oven until done.  Works well.

I love those and can hardly ever find them - which is probably a good thing.
