It certainly is possible and there's documented evidence of it.  There was one cisman in particular that lived in Africa and he breast fed his child.

It is possible to simulate pregnancy with varying hormone levels.

A number of MtF transitioners have reported lactation when they suddenly stopped estrogen supplements just prior to SRS.

When I was a young teen, I had a couple of episodes of galactorrhea associated with gynecomastia.

Yes it happened to me briefly when my hormone levels were all screwy and my breasts were still growing I lactated for a few weeks until I sorted out the problem... I suspect I had hyper-prolactimia as I also had photosensitive migraines during that period.

Honestly it was kinda annoying and rather embarrassing as you have wet spots on your shirt when run or you hear a baby scream. :/

Although it did answer the question. "What dose breast milk taste like?"

I have to admit I kind wish I could lactate without pregnancy included. 

I lactated when I was on estrogen and progesterone even after BA and it was wonderful. The more I expressed the milk each day the more I would produce it got to the point I bought a electric pump and I would save it. The milk was sweet and tasted great my girlfriend and I would have it all over us when we made love. If you ever get to experience it you will not be sorry.

i have also lactated  before when i changed my estrogen dose. it went on and off for almost a month. it was not fun to leak through bras and shirts. eveyone who did not know me thoought i was nursing or something
