An El Maco at the Golden Tits for lunch.  Dinner will be Rissoto, done as usual in the oven instead of stirring for ages. Comes out perfect.

-HUGS- thanks  :( I choked on water earlier and now my throat is a little scratchy and sore.  Not too long ago I choked on my own spit and had the same throat results for about 3-4 days.

I did a pasta last week with left-over BBQ burger in a Scallopini sauce.  Chopped. they worked well as meatballs. :)

Trying to get more fish in the diet, without deep-frying

Sometimes I will cut a turkey or smoked chicken sausage for the pasta, instead of making meatballs.

Asparagus from the garden, chopped in one inch pieces and cooked in a butter sauce then poured over campanella. Oh, with a ton of red pepper flakes! Hugs, Devlyn
