Tuna, with sweet onion, celery and bread & butter pickles (all chopped) dressed with a combination of mayonnaise, sour cream, some brine from the bread & butter pickles and a generous bit of Old Bay seasoning.

Tonight it's roast chicken flavored with a combination of butter, salt, pepper, ground garlic, smoked paprika and powdered cumin which is rubbed onto the meat under the skin. I'll make a cucumber salad for the first course and have broccoli, mashed potatoes and gravy (of course!) as sides.
