Four ounces of finest Irish prime beef, cut into a homestyle burger, with mature cheddar cheese and sweet chilli integrated into it, cooked very rare, with crisp iceberg lettuce, tomato, gently fried sliced peppers and onions, topped with a swirl of mayo and jalopeño relish...  served in a warm, toasted, cheese baked bun.

Heavenly.

WOW.

I just had some meatballs topped with homemade tomato sauce, italian hot peppers, and pepper jack cheese on chedddar-jalepeno bread.
It was pretty good.

This morning, I used the leftover pumpkin oat protein waffles that I had made the morning before and used them to make an ice cream sandwich with no sugar added butter pecan ice cream.
