Cindy

 Hugs Sis's and Bro's,

I do know that many of you like me and I use that love to keep moving.  Thank you; BTW your love is an honour, I respect it deeply.

Where do we go in this journey?

I have gone from a small male creep to Cindy. I'm happy. Do you know what typing 'happy' means?  It is life. I have accepted me.  I came out at work this week. A junior staff member asked, P why do you wear woman' clothes, ear rings and this week you are wearing bright lilac nail polish. I brought all of the women together and told them that I was TG, every single one hugged me. I came  out to all the male staff today. No hugs but no rejection.

Today every woman in my Dept came in with polished finger nails just to support me.

I'm crying.

That is awesome, Cindy! Congratulations!

I "came out" while I was on a vacation. My boss's boss made the announcement that I had crafted with HR. On my first day in the office as Connie, the other Connie (whose office was right outside my cube at that time), brought me a bouquet of flowers and a big hug.

I'd've never thought it was possible to be happy at work.

Acceptance is a great thing, indeed. I'm glad you're getting it.

I really admire your courage and it's wonderful to be getting support from your fellow workers.  Most important....Being happy!

If the people at work know the real Cindy, they can only love you, no doubt about that.
Congrats sis, you did the right thing.
