Has anybody considered a labiaplasty?

Very worth it if you are familiar with what vaginae look like and if having one that looks normal is important to you.

Vaginae were somewhat of a mystery to me before having one.  I didn't really understand the nuances of the anatomy until having one for a few years and then comparatively studying them (and I have an art degree).

I realize I went to Bowers who botched me up pretty badly...  so take that into consideration (2004).  Also Marci would never admit to anything but perfection because it is her job to make a customer believe they got something wonderful.

Anyway... my vagina was absolutely hideous, even when I was simply standing up straight, legs together.  After secondary and some botch fixes Dr. Chettawut allowed me to look between my legs and see a vagina for the first time in my life.  Seeing a vagina between my legs instead of some alien looking train wreck had a beneficial impact on my psyche.  For the first time since SRS I felt like I had a sex again and was actually female instead of the "trans hole" that Marci Bowers inflicted upon my body.

Although not perfect looking at my vagina and seeing something that begins to look sexual and attractive is an amazing feeling compared to what Marci did to me.

i have to admit that i was of the frame of mind till not to long ago that american surgeon = better . but after seeing danielle fox's srs result with dr supporn and some of the ffs coming out of thailand , ive started to realise that more expensive and western doctor doesnt always = better

I've seen some good pictures of Danielle Foxxx's surgery and some bad ones. I don't know whether some of her pics are photoshopped or not.
But it should be noted that she had a large uncircumcised penis before surgery so she had plenty of tissue to create a believable vulva with decent labia.
I think that is far more important than which surgeon does the work.

It's pretty important which surgeon does the work.

Anyone can chop down a tree but to carve it into something beautiful takes skill and sadly skill and artistic ability is hard to come by, especially in the USA.

I'm also thinking, EVERY time you are cut/scalpelled there is at least some loss of 'material'. I have no idea how one would get bigger inner labia by cutting some more in this area.

Most, if not all ggs that go for vaginal rejuvenation have too much stuff down there (labia minora). It be hardly an issue I see after having had SRS, or?

Well, not in my case that much I can say, looking like some 14 year old - of sorts.

Marci Bowers left me with a ton of extra material in all the wrong places.  Skin grafts can be done when there isn't enough material.  Entire vaginal vaults have been created with grafts from where thigh meets abdomen leaving all the rest of the donor materials for inner labia, hooding, frenulum, etc.  My ex's vaginal vault was constructed entirely with such grafts via Suporn.

Well now... vaginal vault and inner labia ARE two different things entirely, yes?
If there is 'extra material' on first pass SRS on inner labia - no problem, as one would WANT to loose some.

Grafting skin onto an inner labia - well, that does not only need some 'artist' (and who knows before he is one – with you?) as well as quite some collaboration from one's body.
During my SRS I had one patient next to me that had issues with this. One labia 'falling off' (didn't take as they had it).
Bloody-supply to inner labia is the issue here, as it was told by my surgeon. If it fails... the results will simply be yet more loss of material – or another graft, that may take, or not.
Just some perspective on the subject.

The doctor (Suporn) who used the thigh grafts for the vaginal vault on my ex did so in order to use analogous tissues to construct structures such as inner labia, clitoral hooding, etc.  This way tissues are used for their analogous opposites and blood supply would be preserved since instead of grafting, the organ is reshaped without removing tissue entirely.  Penile skin & scrotal skin become inner labia, clitoral hooding - whereas most surgeons take that analogous tissue and move it inside the vault, instead of putting it where it should be.

Someone like myself who mistakenly trusted Dr. Bowers in 2004 would require a graft because my donor material was either put in the wrong place or thrown out with the garbage.  The ugly excess of skin that Dr. Bowers left me with was outer labia skin.  Dr. Chettawut used that excess skin to graft the vacant area after he positioned my clitoris correctly.  Unfortunately there wasn't enough left over to augment my inner labia or at least that is what he told me.

I had two stage surgery and inner labia created in the second one. It´s still healing but it seems they will be very small. In the first surgery he left quite a lot of skin there and it looked like I had hughe labia. Than he sewed some of that together to form the inner ones. I think he should have made the inner bigger since there still is a lot to take from and it can hang down. But maybe that will fix with time. I don´t think there is a big effect on sensation when done this way.

No, I didn't.  I did ask him if it was up to him if he would recommend and perform any FFS procedures for me and he just looked at me and said, "You already pass."  I had FFS with Dr. Pat a couple of years previous to that.
