Well now... vaginal vault and inner labia ARE two different things entirely, yes?
If there is 'extra material' on first pass SRS on inner labia - no problem, as one would WANT to loose some.
Grafting skin onto an inner labia - well, that does not only need some 'artist' (and who knows before he is one – with you?) as well as quite some collaboration from one's body.
During my SRS I had one patient next to me that had issues with this. One labia 'falling off' (didn't take as they had it).
Bloody-supply to inner labia is the issue here, as it was told by my surgeon. If it fails... the results will simply be yet more loss of material – or another graft, that may take, or not.
Just some perspective on the subject.
