Hi everyone,
I've popped up and down on this site like a whack-a-mole, but hopefully now I'm here to stay. I'm an Ohio trans woman in her mid-30s, pre-everything but hoping to start HRT and lazer soon. I'm recently divorced, and my obstacles to transition include a lack of money, lack of job security, and a lack of health insurance. I'm an academic but only teaching part time at the moment.

I'm here hoping to make new friends and get some information and support- It's great to be back, everyone!

Welcome (back?), Tomboy.

I'm a little ahead of you, but not by much, and I'm also recently divorced. But, I'm also a little behind you as I didn't start transition till I was 41.

If you're returning, though, you probably already know that we've got folks in all stages of transition here.

Dive in, and have fun.

If you haven't already done so, please review the site rules and terms of service.

Enjoy your stay!

JohnnieRamona

Thanks, Connie! I appreciate it.

Hi T3, :icon_wave:

Welcome back to our little family. Over 6957 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Welcome back!

It's really nice to meet you. Hopefully we can offer support for you in all your endeavors.
Stop wasting time explaining yourself to others. – Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway. Just do what you know in your heart is right.

I suggest ibuprofen. Those mallet hits can cause quite a headache.

Welcome back, from SoCal.

Hi and welcome back from the bottom of the world. Nothing wrong with taking your time, transition is probably the biggest decision we will make in our lives, so it's worth being deliberate.
