Good:
-Short-ish feet for a man. I'm a US women's size 8 to 9 (assuming the shoe is wide), and perhaps they will shrink further with HRT.
-I think my eyes almost look cute. Yeah, almost ~.
-Good voice. Even though it's not quite where I want it (can't cry, laugh, shout; very limited pitch range...) someone else with a 100 % passable voice told me she envied mine, so it's got to be okay. I don't know if it'll get much better, though, since I probably have more training than most: I've never had an actual male voice, and have been doing my best to sound as good as possible since the start of puberty, so I've actually practiced 24/7 for 10 years or more.
-Hair that's somewhat easy to work with, if I ever "get the trick", according to my hairdresser: good colour; relatively straight; thick.
-Little to no balding/thinning.
-Hips larger than the male average and that are being enlarged a little by HRT, it seems.
-Okay-looking cheekbones.
Neutral:
-Slightly below average height for a guy (165 cm / 5'5), but 90-95 % girls are shorter than I.
-Shoulders that are too broad, but I've seen much worse.
-Okay-ish nose. I still want it corrected (if it doesn't look better after a while on HRT), but unlike some others', I don't think it would be an actual non-pass element. Its size is okay, but it has a very large base at its bridge, which makes it look much larger than it is in reality.
-Square jaw, but it's not so large, actually.
-Square, male-type hairline, but some females' look that way, too, so I guess it's not the end of the world.
-Relatively gifted mother in the breasts department, but I've yet to know if that will be reflected in me. Zero visible growth yet, after all. Everyone in the family is fatter than I, after all, and her breasts are just "above average", no more.
Bad:
-Tremendous amounts of thick body hair, still obvious right after a shave for some, like on the arms, (they're individually too thick; we see them and their pores) almost everywhere, from fingers to toes, but HRT looks like it's starting to help, gladly. I'll be screwed if it turns blond but remains, though. I can forget laser, in that case.
-Medium to large bone frame, depending on the bones.
-Super thick (high and wide) feet.
-Very large rib cage, enough to make it hurt a little to touch my waist with my elbows, which is actually the normal way for a human to stand.
-Way above average muscle mass, despite zero training, notably in the thighs, arms and neck.
-Manly hands just like bear paws: huge paws, er, palms and short, thick fingers.
-"Hard coded" belly and waist fat present since my birth.
-Natural tendency to put on weight despite healthy eating.
-Chin that is shorter than some, but split and undeniably male.
-Large Adam's apple (which has frustratingly appeared just a year before HRT, whilst I was waiting for the go-ahead).
-Undeniably male forehead and which absolutely must be entirely hidden to have the slightest hope of passing.
-Very bushy, hard to work with eyebrows.
-Low ability to learn by myself and experiment, especially manual/visual things, so clothes, make-up and hair styling are going to be hard to get into.
-Low ability to make friends and blend in with people, so the support of friends and "tips from girl friends" are out of question due to the absence of such people.
