Narrowing the breast growth question

It seems to me that the usual "how fast did your boobs grow?" question is too broad because it doesn't account for body type or age, so i wanted to ask a more narrow question:

with "YMMV" understood...

IF you are someone who started transition at 40 or older (or at least 35)

AND IF you are a person who tends to gain weight easily, or are somewhat overweight....

how fast and how "high quality" was your breast growth when you went on what you would consider a "full course" of HRT?

I anticipate trying to get mine started by late summer/early fall (and when they get to a certain point the wife is going to have a meltdown) and I wish to engage in some chicken counting, so to speak.

For the record, i took the minimum dose of E and some spiro for about a year and did get distinctive growth, though not enough to be a measurable cup size so i believe I have promising potential.

I'm gonna chime in cause I like talking about my boobs  ;)

I've been on hormones 2 years, surgery a year ago. I now have C's and still growing. I started when I was 33.

I don't think you can predict  hun sorry. Too many variables.

I was a quite a bit overweight when I started HRT and had a severe case of gynecomastia (pretty much since I was a teenager already), and now I've large A's - small B's after 8 months of HRT, and started at 22. Now my weight is in the acceptable range, and they haven't grown smaller or whatever, they stayed the same.

I started HRT a year ago at 58 and have possibly reached an A.  I am only on Microgynon (ethinyloestrodiol and levonorgestrel) no AA's.
They feel like they have a way to go yet, so I will wait another year or two before thinking of a BA, if ever.
Just the luck of the draw I guess.

I am a former fatty always fighting the scale. I joke how I can gain weight just smelling food. I say joke but I sometimes think it is true.

i always had a bit of an odd chest for a guy (nearly an A) as well as my mom's hips. At 53 I started HRT. Now 3 years later I have a good full A to a B, depending on the bra. FTR mom had full Cs

I started on hormones at 50. Breasts grew soon after. Always had sensitive nipples but when the breast blossomed the nipple sensitivity went off the chart. I decided to lactate and they grew even more. BTW the breast pump on a sensitive nipples is a wonder to experience, pull, release, pull release, ahhhhhhhhhhh.  All in all I have a nice B cups with very nice nipples. I am very very happy with them.

I agree that even with your refined question the answer is still YMMV. The girls in my family are all fairly large, and even just being on Spiro for me I saw some growth. When I started E I thought things would really grow well, and at first they did, and I had tingling and all that. But things have leveled off and I'm not even an A I don't think. I was 34 when I started and am 35 now.

It's really just a wait and see kind of thing, and to be honest in my opinion I think your wife will notice your mood changes more than breast growth and suspect something is up. Breast growth is slow and gradual in my experience. I just wear forms for now and am giving time for things to grow. I may have BA one day.

I  started at 58.  I had "AA's" before and now can fill a "B" cup.  Padded bras make it look better.  I doubt they will grow much more so am now looking at getting BA done or go for FFS and a 3rd option is to save my money for GRS.  Can't decide which is more important to do.  I want it all and know I can't have it.

4 years on HRT.  I am a B cup.  I am seriously thinking of getting a BA.  C cup or maybe even a D.  And I have had an orchidectomy.

I started thin, then gained weight.  Still not above a B.  And I even have lost the weight, but not in the boobs..

I am 40(ish -lol) and just started a mission of getting my boobs on.  Never been on hrt, but always been overweight.  Due to this, i had the advantage of testosterone conversion to estrogen, short story have had b cup (man boobs) for years.  Started the herb regimen about 12 days ago, and have the Montgomery tubulars (?) around my nipple.  Thought was zits or ingrowns until googling it.  Was applying some pressure just to ensure that they were not zit's and holy @&/- I had small discharges from my nipple and areolas.  I almost had tears of joy after the shock wore off.

The herbs work, so give them a try,  fennegreek, blessed thistle, hops, black cohosh( rem I am not on hrt ), licorice in MODERATION, and saw palmetto.    The licorice and saw can probably be removed if you are on anti T.   Working for me, and I forgot to mention a mInimum growth of 3/4 inch in breast size since started.  God please don't let it be water retention, I want my moms boobs, she was a natural E cup before she got heavy.   Two sizes less would still be wonderful!

Ps :I am not trying to sell anything, just sharing the dream!
Always loving me first, everyone else starting second.
