They're about 5-6 yr old boys and don't speak english. Any suggestion? They're kind of becoming aggressive too :-/ 

Stare back.  Or just stick your tongue out at them.

Stare back, wave and smile, flip them off, stare angrily and then charge at them.

Just give them a blank stare. It will probably scare the crap out of them.

If kids are staring, I usually wave back and make silly faces at them, which usually gets a laugh but if they're being rude, just stare back. They'll probably look away and then start looking again when they think you look away, just stare back a couple times and it'll probably end. Kids have less of a "polite" filter, which is why you get staring and comments like "You have really big boobs/butt/fat!"

No matter what you do kids are going to stare. When I go to pick up my son from daycare I have this liitle girl always come up to me the same every time Girl: You look like a boy... Me: Yeah Girl: but your a girl? Me: Kinda Girl: But you look like a boy? I am sure you get the picture it happens all the time though. I also had a little kid walk up too me on the bus get really close and then ask Are you a Boy?   Note: I live my life as a guy everywhere but my sons daycare where I let them just keep guessing since I know the owner

As long as you don't pass, it's more likely that people will stare at you - especially children, because they're more likely not to "mind their manners".
I'm not sure you can do much to prevent this if that's the reason they are staring at you.

Make loud noises/scare them.

I flip them off, double points if you do it in front of their parents. I've only ever had one parent go off their chops at me for it, and they STFU once i pointed out the rude little c*nt they raised. >_>

Smile your prettiest smile and go about your business. I've had a grown man do a quintuple-take (you know a double take? he did that five flippin' times) because of my hair once, haha, not only kids stare and act weirdly.

Stare back until they look away out of awkwardness. Some kids don't find it awkward, so just say "what?" and look pissed. This usually intimidates them and they stop.

 I think kids just stare. I try not to think about it too much... unsuccessfully at times.

Happens to me a lot because most of the kids where I live have never seen a white person in real life =/

What does aggressive mean? What is the context?

I used to get this in bathrooms (when I still used the women's regularly). I just ignore them, my brother is 8 so I know how kids can be. They see things pretty black and white, so (as far as the bathroom goes) when they are in a women's restroom and see someone who might be perceived as male they just get confused and are trying to make sense of you.  Nowadays kids just see me as male, mostly probably an adolescent boy. My brother doesn't know about me yet, we want to tell him after he's done with school especially cause he'll be going to a new school next year. I felt bad (and amused) because I escorted him to a birthday party last week and all his friends thought he was BS'ing them by telling them I was his sister-they insisted I was a boy, hahaha.

Start acting like a dinosaur and declare the area you are in is Sparta.

Ugh. I hate that. I always get nasty looks and comments by my neighbors kids, and randoms kids as well. Especially when I'm driving.
I just try to tell myself to ignore them.  Going to the heart of it by confronting their parents only led to more problems. :/
Kids in their puberty phase are always the worst, most of the time they are only trying to make sense of you and the world, I guess.
