Ive searched the web a lot looking for cheap but good packers, stps, and binders... Nada. Any help, please? Also, from the $100+ packers... Uhm don't they have any natural looking one, ei look-a-like foreskin? Circ. is just so wierd to me. And my ... Breasts... Are a 36C... Any recommendations?

Oh, another thing, what is the general price for T and top surgeries?
I've heard from my friend that testosterone would make me taller (5'3" barefoot) and would help shrink my wide hips (USA size female: 12-14 in pants), is that true?

Cheap packers:  Mr Limpy ($12-16ish), GV Sailor Soft ($24-26ish).  No cheap uncircumcised packers.

Cheap stps:  Hmm...it depends on if you want just a device or an stp packer.  I'll edit this later/add another post after work with the various kinds.

Cheap binders:  Underworks is probably the cheapest.  There is also Love Boat which is a bit pricier and various other stores that sell compression shirts/vests.  I'm biased toward Underworks so for your chest size I'd say either the Double Front or the Tri Top.  Someone else will likely come along with a Love Boat recommendation for you or you could search through the FTM Gear section.

There is no real "general price" for T or top surgery.  Some are both completely covered with insurance.  T can range from $10 to $100+.  It just depends on your country, insurance, where you buy from, type of T etc.  Top surgery is the same way.  Without insurance it's generally $5000-10000.  Also depends on country, insurance, surgeon, location, type of top surgery, etc.

Unless you have not stopped growing, T will likely not make you taller.  Your hips may get smaller due to fat redistribution, but T itself does not generally change actual hip bone size.

Thanks for the packer and I looked at underworks but they look like regular "no exercise, insta-skinny" crap fat or chunky guys use to fool their dates lol and my chest is kinda big.. Are they any good, really?
Im about to be 16, I wanted to come out at 13 or so but I couldn't get the courage up ... Female puberty ends 15-16... -_-
My hips are actually bony kinda I only have actually fat on my butt and lower thighs but my hips are just skin and bone.
Wow, this is a nice time for my family to not have insurance at all...

FTMs who use underworks normally buy from "http://underworks.com/ftm/" page, but most people have found that either the tri-top or the double front works best for them.  I'm smaller than you and have only tried the double front, but after cutting it to make it shorter if I was to buy another binder it would definitely be a shorter one like the tri-top.  Other binder websites are http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/index.php?language=en and http://t-kingdom.com/, but T-kingdom are apparently not very effective for larger chested people.

As for un-circumsised packers, I don't think they exist.  There is a Lola Jake prosthetic which is meant to be un-circumsised, but it's expensive and pretty poor quality.  If being un-circumsised is a problem then the only thing I could think of would be fake foreskins some circumsised men wear, but I've no idea whether anyone has tried these with a packer, and they seem to be fairly expensive - i.e. more than a Mr. Limpy or Goodvibes/sailer soft packer.

It's unlikely that you'll grow much more, and hip bones aren't going to change, T can't change bone structure, but it does redistribute fat so your hips won't look as wide.  It also make it easier to build muscle, so working out your upper body will balance you out and make your hips appear smaller.

I use the underworks 997 and my chest size was large (F?) and I was able to get my chest pretty flat with it. The binder also shrinks your hips down a bit.

T in an injectable type can cost about $50-$120 depending on where you go, and that amount could last you anywhere between 5 months-1 year depending on your dose.
There's patches which can be around $300 for a month's worth.
Top surgery costs depend on where you go, what kind of surgery you need, etc. You wouldn't qualify for a keyhole which tends to be less expensive, but the surgery alone (not including time from work, food, stuff you need when post op, hotel, flight, etc) could cost anywhere from $5,000-$10,000.

As a genderqueer person with way too much boob (for my liking!) at an E-cup, I've found the Tri-Top binder by Underworks to be quite good.  The longer model (not sure the name or item number, sorry!) is also quite comfortable if you've got some extra padding around the middle as the tri-top can have the effect of squishing some body fat out at the bottom.  Just depends on your build.  But for actual breast compression, underworks has been amazing!  Good luck :)

There's always SenSlip which is a foreskin prosthetic intended for cis guys.

I reall mean no offense in asking this, but why does it have to have a foreskin? Is it just preference?

It's not uncircumcised but I did a review of a bit of a higher end packer (though not crazy at $70). It's more realistic but not in the high end range. I think they are out of stock right now, and you don't get it immediately.

Actually might try a cheap one and see if that would be enough.

here jasper i found these instructions on adding foreskin to a packer hope it helps

"Drop the head of the penis into the nylon's 'toe' as usual. Fit it snugly. Twist and/or sew closed at the base of the penis, but do not cut off the excess nylon. Instead, roll the nylon back down to the head of the penis so it functions as a second, looser skin. Cut it off an inch or two beneath the head of the penis (keep in mind that the nylon foreskin may shrink). If you want a non-retractable foreskin, sew it closed, or partially closed, around the head."

good luck

I defiantly would look into the tri top binder from underworks I have DD's and it works pretty good for me personally. Though its always good to have "nice stuff" I don't really think with this kind of stuff you can go by price so it just takes time to find something thats right for you. Good luck.

I'm a DDD and the tri-top does well for me. I pass with it.

Jumping in kinda fast there Jasper. For what it's worth I love Underworks. Affordable and effective. You won't have bone structure changes on T unless you are prepubertal. I don't pack so my opinions on packers are all secondhand.
