I'm thinking of passing as male for my junior and senior year.
I'm going to dye my hair black and either blond or red, any tips for hair styles that could help me not look too feminine while still having kind of "skater-long" hair, no buzz-cut. Lol.
Also, here is my school's uniform:
My school has a very strict uniform policy, khaki or navy blue pants, white, red or navy blue solid colour shirts, you must wear a belt and shirts must be tucked in, and only white brown or black shoes, but no shoes other than dress shoes are allowed. None of the clothing or shoes can have logos on them either, and sweaters jackets and coats must follow uniform color also.
But you see, even on cismales, these uniforms either feminise or just look stiff and boring unless you are breaking the rules and wearing off colour things (like a black jacket, a brown belt, a white belt, brown shoes, or your belt is not break-your-pelvis-tight) and you end up suspended or in isolation.
Please have some tips for wearing a school uniform while still looking male.
Also, they changed the rules with a new assistant superintendent (the other one got fired for raping a student) and a new principle: no jackets at all unless the temperature reaches under 20F (almost 10 degrees below freezing), if you are caught wearing hats, gloves, mittens, or jackets it is an automatic 3 day school suspension.
And no "non-earlobe" piercings are allowed if your skin tone does not match the jewellry. oh, and they are trying to ban stretching and even retainers, meaning you cannot wear the clear jewellry so your holes do not close up, even in your ears.
Oh and your purse cannot be big enough to fit a medium book in. Oh and you will get your phone taken up for 180 days if you are caught with it on campus, even after school hours are over or before they begin. And they are trying to make it to where you back pack must be clear and you cannot have a messenger bag and they are trying to get the board to agree to install a metal detector at the school entrance.
