unless i've missed a post or two,  i beat you all. i am 6' 4'' (192 cm)... which goes quite well with the amazonian thing i am pulling off. i am fine with my height, but i have a quite long upper body which makes it hard to find jackets that fit properly.

Here is a study on height loss that I ran across recently.
Baltimore Longitudinal Study of Aging
Studies have been done in the past on typical loss of height but results I've seen vary. A recent study revealed the following: "To determine the magnitude of height loss that accompanies aging, longitudinal studies are required. The authors studied 2,084 men and women aged 17-94 years enrolled from 1958 to 1993 in the Baltimore Longitudinal Study of Aging, Baltimore, Maryland. On average, men's height was measured nine times during 15 years and women's height five times during 9 years. The rate of decrease in height was greater for women than for men. For both sexes, height loss began at about age 30 years and accelerated with increasing age. Cumulative height loss from age 30 to 70 years averaged about 3 cm (1.18 inches) for men and 5 cm (1.97 inch) for women; by age 80 years, it increased to 5 cm for men (1.97 inch) and 8 cm (3.15 inches) for women"

Another study which covered a 20-year period of nearly 8000 men showed men lost on average 0.66 inches (1.67cm), with samples in the initial age range being 40-59 and final height 20 years later taken when they are 60-79.

This is not conclusive but I do believe that hrt does effect our height.

Height always come up as an issue with us girls.  I think the thing to remember is that you're not alone, there are many tall girls out there, and you just need to build up the courage and feel that you're beautiful :)

I have been on HRT for 2 years, 3 months.

I am 5'11 and 180 lbs, size 11 (womens) feet, and my feet are too wide.  I'm slim and do not have an ounce of fat on me except for a little in the butt and thighs, and my girls.  I don't understand why I weigh so much, it's frustrating.  Maybe I have heavy bones and muscles, I don't know.  My friends tell me I do not have a particularly masculine build, but I am a former multi-sport athlete and still have residual excess muscle mass.   My girls are a smallish C cup.  My measurements are 38 - 32 - 36, and my larger waist measurement is from a 6 pack that refuses to go away, despite the fact that my estrogen levels have been very high in the female range for a long time, and my testosterone levels have been in the normal female range for a long time also.  My upper body muscle is gone, but my arms are still way too big.

Anyone know how to get rid of muscle?

Another problem I have is that I am physically attracted to men, especially men who are taller and stronger :(  than me and I am taller than many men and almost all of the guys that hit on me are shorter than me.  A man's looks aren't everything to me by any means, but I really can't help what I am basically physically attracted to, and taller men do it for me.

sigh

6'2". I definitely wish I was much shorter, but not much can be done about that hehe.  ::)

Though I am not letting it bother me too much, there are plenty of models who are 6ft or taller. :)

I'm 6 ft, but sisters are 5'7 plus high heels and brothers/dad 6'2 ft and bf is even taller =) so going out with family I feel normal.

My starting point: 5'9, size 10 converse shoes (which is supposedly unisex sizing last time I checked) and I have medium men's gloves

I do wish I was a bit shorter, but if only one of these 3 things changes I'd go for foot size.. which appears to be the most common difference too

Yes. Although most of my colleagues at my work place have visited Paris, I have not yet. I heard that there are so many fashionable ladies there, and wish to visit very soon, preferably in summer.

I'm 6' tall, with a show size of about 11, and about 180 lbs (I'm guessing).

I don't mind my height, but I wish my feet were a tad smaller.

5' 9.25"

Just had my height measured by my GP. Which means I measured myself inaccurately last week. My height doesn't appear to have changed since I stopped growing as a teen, plus 18 years of HRT and anti-androgens.
