I read you as androgynous in that picture. Not androgynous female or androgynous male. Just androgynous. If I saw you in person I probably wouldn't have a clue as to how I should address you and would probably go off of your mannerisms and voice. If you walked like a dude, dressed liked a dude, and spoke like a dude, then I'd go with male pronouns. If not, then I'd probably use female pronouns. Or none at all.
The hairstyle, I think, is what makes me read androgynous but I've seen it on a lot of guys where I live.
