I am a 56 y/o m-f and had an orchi last January. My boobs are small in proportion to the rest of my body and I would really like to be as big as my genetically female partner of 32 years, C + cup.

Two things holding me back are the costs and I had an open heart surgery last February and therefore don't know if they would do a boob job on me.

Any ideas? :)

I'm about 13 months on HRT, and I haven't had any surgeries at all yet. I currently have what my daughter calls "lower case A" cups.

From what I understand, it could take 2 to 4 years of HRT before I'll have an idea of how big my breast will grow. At that point, I can decide about BA surgery.

It varies from person to person.

I'm 66 had a bypass op 3 years back, had SRS 1 year back and now had BA. So yes, it can and may be done without too much fuzz at all.
I was a small-ish 38A and now am 38C, though there is still a small amount of swelling only 1 week post-op.
At my age I decided not all that much more was going to happen past maybe A+ so I went for it. I do not regret it for one second :)

Axelle, now you're a bona fide hootch-cootchy girl.

@caisie - when I had my chest cracked, it left a really ugly, jagged scar right down the sternum ("railroad tracks"), with scars under the breasts where there were drains placed.

If you have something similar, see if the surgeon will throw in a little cosmetic work on the scar(s).
