Anyone replying to the Isle of Wight Council's questionnaire on the provision of super-fast broadband won't be surprised to be asked to provide details of their current broadband speed, or for a list of the reasons why they use the internet. They might be puzzled, however, to come across question number 16, asking them: 'Which of the following describes how you think of yourself: Male? Female?

I get a kick out of these people. Do they really think that WE are in any way possible going to convince THEM to cut off their wee wees?

I knew it was The Mail even before I clicked on the topic .

I was so bloody happy when my local sports centre application form had Transgender on it next to Male/Female.

Oh yeah, and have you noticed how the fuss is never about transgender as such, it's always, always about MTF?

The way I always hear it in the press we are misguided perves and ftms are misguided lesbians...I find it most disheartening but, at least I know that things are changing for the better as far as things go governmentally.
