Well it wasn't a big journey but was still out and its a big deal to me. I've never been outside the house as Serena ever. Nobody has seen me in person only pictures. I ended seeing my therapist tonight and wanted to go as my real self. I also stopped at the ATM on the way home and went to the mail box. All I can say is it was wonderful to be out and about in the world as my true self. I can't wait to live the rest of my life. I was scared at first but once I got out of the car at my therapists parking lot. I got the bring it attitude. I can do this. I have to do this attitude. :) There was a girl in the waiting room as well she didn't bother to give me any stares.

After waiting for about 10 minutes I had my hour session and it went awesome! All he could say is he could see the energy off me and the huge smile on my face. Afterwards just drove home stopped at the ATM to pay the landscapers for tomorrow and stopped at the mailbox. My ex wife who has been one of my biggest supporters was awake eagerly waiting to see me. We ended up taking a couple pictures and she gave me some eyeliner lessons. :) So ya that was my night. Can't wait till the next time!

That's awesome Serena - you'll always remember your first time out!

"Bring it attitude" - that happened to me as well on my first time out too; it came out of nowhere.

It should be so much easier from here on out, having set a precedence.

Shes no significant other just a friend. I'm going to be letting her rent my house from me so we temporally live together. :-)
