You're not obsessing, you're being thorough.

Anyway, HRT should would to reduce poor size, oil secretions, sweat, and body odor. However, DO NOT expect it to work overnight. It can take several months for full effects to kick in.
As for exercise, if it helps, I'll give you my schedule. I'm not that big (I weight 155 lb /// 70.5 kg). I just look big based on proportions. I recommend doing gymnastics and advanced calisthenics for the biggest portion of strength training. You can throw in some squats//weighted pull-ups, but that's all I'd recommend from weight training.
This is a 3-day cycle --> 1. Strength training//Sprints ------ 2. Biking//Technical skill work. ------ 3. Easy day (Yoga//One-Mile Repeat runs)
Thus, you technically do each workout 3 times in a 7-day period.
Look up progressions for planche push ups, front lever pull ups, one arm pull ups, one legged squats (Jumping and weighted), handstand push ups, glute-ham raises. These exercises provide great strength, but not much size or mass, even for guys. (I can bench 380 lbs at 155 lbs thanks to planche push ups). Also, ring work will provide immense strength benefits. Also, do total body workouts since they are simply more convenient.
Skill training include progressions to handstands, planches, front levers, etc. (You have to be able to hold the positions before dynamic exercises are possible.)
I recommend vinyasa yoga. It provides flexibility and is a great workout.
One-mile repeats are basically just running one-mile as quickly as you can and then repeating these one mile runs as many times as you want. I find running a short distance fast repeatedly to be more effective than running a long distance slowly.
Also remember to rest when you need it.
Finally, keep a clean diet!!!!
Good Luck.
