A hot dog with ketchup and mustard.

I made Thai peanutbutter chicken and brown rice

Tonight was Stir Fried Squid and Vegetables. Added Coriander and Sambal Oelek for a bit of heat. Nice.

I have done brown rice in the Pressure Cooker  a couple of times lately Jamie. It worked great, totally not-chewy at all.  The texture was the same as white rice, only tasted nicer.

A milk chocolate cookie

I'm on a diet... not today.  Fresh hot apple pie with two scoops of ice cold Mayfield mint chocolate chip ice cream sprinkled with Saigon cinnamon.

I just realized that I haven't eaten anything but cereal since dinner on Friday. No wonder why my pants fit looser this morning.

Actually same here on the left over pizza and hot dog.  Not much of an ice cream person though.

Mac 'n cheese and a hot sausage

Chicken-fried steak and spinach.

A vanilla latte and some popcorn with Parmesan cheese.

Cheerios with a banana

 Fries and yam fries with fish. Interesting breakfast, I'd say.

I'm having a cucumber from the garden while my dirty rice finishes up.

It is hot here again, so I put together a cool fruit salad with cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon; fresh strawberries; red grapes; and orange slices.

Tonight was:

Soft Shell Crabs
Scallops w/ Parsnip Puree
and Cheesecake w/ Mango
