I splurged on the leftovers from the weekend family campout.  A homemade guacamole bacon burger with lettuce and garden tomato with mayo.  Something I hadn't had in a while.  Burger was very juicy.  With fries made with the Yukon Gold potatoes from the garden.  Better than those myriad burger places! And cheaper!

As I have been catching up on sleep debt, and had no morning lectures I slept late.
I had a brunch of minted lamb steak with noodles and salad.  Set me up for the day nicely.
Dinner was the rest of the noodles with a Chicken Carbonara sauce, put together from leftovers and it was bloody lovely too.  Eat your heart out Jamie Oliver!!

Lunch was a BBQ at the Hastings thermal pools for friend's daughter's 6th Birthday.  So tonight was stirfried veg and a baked potato.

 A pizza. Only 1/4 to go and I'll have finished it all by myself. 😀

There were 4 chicken drumsticks in the fridge that had to be cooked and I am debating whether to weaken and follow the smell to the kitchen.
