Use the men's restroom. No one cares. I feel like most FTMs put too much stock into it. Pre-T I went to the men's restroom and no one questioned me. I live in TN, and I can guarantee you that the homophobia and transphobia(many dont even KNOW there are FTMs in the world)here is pretty much unmatched.

I swear to you that guys don't really look at other dudes well enough while theyre in there to even NOTICE. In fact, I never look at ANYONES face. I basically just see shadows.. I don't pay attention, because like everyone else, I just want to piss and gtfo

So, a question to all those who do use men's public showers (since that's basically what JohnAlex is talking about) - how did you pass in a men's public bath/shower? Passing in a bathroom to take a quick pee is different from showers. I can't use the women's room here to pee. Last time I tried an old woman very kindly explained that I was in the women's room and that I needed to be careful or someone might call the police because I was a pervert. From my understanding from male friends, family and my partner you don't walk about a public shower covered from armpit to knee and getting dressed in the shower stall is weird. I've been told in no uncertain terms that everything is left flapping in the wind, and I am taking this from someone who did not have running water when he was growing up so he had to use public showers. I'm asking though because I would love to know for myself. I am living in a culture where public bathing is a huge thing and I would love to actually be able to go. I pass fine in the face and voice here, but not naked and I doubt if anyone saw me in a public bath they would just accept that I was male.

Using the men's room is straight forward, do your business and no one said anything.  I have done that for awhile no problems ever.  Showering is another situation, many places have group showers which would not work for me.  I have seen a few individual shower with curtains.  I have never showered in a men's.  If needed I think I could in one with curtains when there were few or no one else there.  I would keep my back to the curtain all the time.  Wear lose clothes so no binder to foul around with.
