The Slow Cooker  has worked its magic again.  Beef neck and veg with a spoonful of Balti paste.  Very nice. :)

Last night was Wallaby Fillet in Lemon Thyme and Pepper Berries, with rice and stir-fried veg. Very Bush tucker/ Chinese fusion.
Tonight will be Minted Lamb Steaks and roast parsnip, spuds and carrots.
