Now I'm getting stuck FOREVER as it appears, all through the day with an extra long side scroll bar preventing  access to any page called up.

Sometimes NOTHING seems to work getting past that point, such as refresh or what ever else one chooses to try.

Is that just ME in SA

Absolutely.
Right now 7:33PM I'm not having an issue having struggled all day with my ISP capping. But none of the other sites I go to would ever play-up this way.

Same time today 7:30AM... and always 'stuck' side scroll bar...
Sometimes 'Duplicate Tab' helps... not this far, it doesn't.

Just some -new- solution of saying 'service not available' ... my best guess.
